Moments
Moments in a children’s life is what can lead up to inspiration.
If in a moment a child laughs and has an experience they are more apt to
remember it. This can lead to building
blocks that could lead to a creation of something spectacular. Why is it that we don’t remember to continue
to create those kind of moments and experiences for ourselves and our
colleagues as we turn into adults. Giving praise when it is important and even
for small things when it might not seem so important. Remember that fun can be just as important at
hard work and the secret may be to have fun while working hard.
